摘    要:为实现磨煤粉系统自动控制和安全运行,有必要对球磨机中煤位进行自动监测。通过分析球磨机振动及声辐射特点,提出用声信号特征来监测煤位变化的新方法。利用多尺度小波变换和基于小波包的多频道分解技术,可从声信号中识别和提取出能反映煤位高低及变化的牲特征信息。

Abstract:It is necessary to monitor the coal bunker level in ball mill automatically in order to realize the automatic control of coal pulverization system and keep it operating safely, In this paper,a new method to monitor the coal bunker level using the acoustic signal picked up at specific location near the cylinder is presented, based on the sound radiation mechanism. The wavelet analysis and the multifrequency channel decompostion technique based on the wavelet packets algorithm are used to extract the feature from the acoustic signal when coal bunker level variation is identified.
