| 摘 要： | “十一五”期间将是中国天然气快速、蓬勃发展的五年,我国天然气资源的勘探和开发都有较大的潜力,应当立足于本国天然气资源开发,积极、适当地引进一部分国外天然气资源(包括管道天然气和液化天然气)作为补充,这不仅有利于我国能源消费结构的改善、有利于我国能源供需状况的改善、有利于城市大气环境的改善,而且能促进我国西北、东北地区天然气资源的开发利用。 |

| Abstract: | The Eleventh Five-Year Plan period provides an opportunity for the fast and vigorous develop- ment of NG industry in China. Based on our domestic natural gas, and introduction of the overseas resources positively and suitably (including pipeline natural gas and liquefied natural gas) as the supplement, it is not only benefit to the improvement of our energy consumption pattern, the supply and demand condition as well as the city environment, but also to the promotion of exploration and utilization of NG in the northwest and northeast areas of our country and the Chinese natural gas's supply security. |
