| 摘 要： | 液压防喷器的可靠性直接影响到钻探作业的成败，为确保其使用安全可靠，每套液压防喷器使用前都要进行试压检测。本文介绍了以工控机为上位机，以组态王软件作为程序开发平台的液压防喷器试压监控系统。通过对液压防喷器的功能分析，上位机采用工控计算机，下位机采用西门子公司的S7300系列的PLC，通过两者的通讯，实现对液压防喷’器试压系统的控制与监视。确保防喷器试压数据准确，安全可靠。
