| 摘 要： | 通过介绍电火花线切割加工断丝的基本机理和对常见断丝故障进行详细地分析,指出断丝的根本原因是加工过程的不稳定,所有引起加工不稳定因素都可能导致断丝,针对这些原因按非加工过程中断丝和加工过程中断丝2种情况分别提出了各自行之有效的预防断丝的措施和排除断丝故障的方法。

| Abstract: | This article proposes that the primary reason of wire break is instability during processing according to the comprehensive analysis of the basic wire break principle and common trouble in wire - cutting. All factors causing instability could lead to wire break . The effective preventing methods and solutions are respectively proposed in two wire break situations in accordance with these reasons. |
