铝合金和铜合金在我国东西部水系统中暴露1年的腐蚀规律

摘    要:通过对含银5056铝合金、高纯LY6铝合金、LC4铝合金、纯铝L6M、LF6铝合金及紫铜T2和硅青铜在青岛海水、舟山海水、厦门海水、盐湖、淡水投放,得到这些有色金属材料在水系统中的腐蚀规律.经过半年和一年两个周期的腐蚀试验表明,含银5056铝合金和L6M在各试验站主要表现点蚀现象;带包铝的高纯LF6和LC4由于包铝的保护作用在淡水和海水中腐蚀较轻,在盐湖高纯LY6合金表面的包铝将消耗至尽,LC4的基体已经发生严重腐蚀;带包铝的LF6由于“电解质效应”在盐湖发生严重腐蚀;铜合金在盐湖表现比海水更好的适应性. 

Abstract:The corrosion regulation of 5056 aluminum alloy containing Ag,LY6 aluminum alloy,LC4 aluminium alloy,L6M aluminum,LF6 aluminium alloy and T2 Copper and Si-Bronze in water systems in the East and West of China was studied.LY6 aluminum alloy?LC4 aluminium alloy and LF6 aluminium alloy are alclad.The corrosion experiment was done in seawaters of Qingdao,Zhoushan,Xiamen,and salt-lake with high salinity of Geermu,and fresh water of Changjiang River at Hankou.The results of the corrosion experiment of two periods for half a year and one year show that 5056 aluminum alloy containing Ag and L6M aluminum suffered from pitting corrosion in all the experiment sites.LY6 and LC4 were corroded slightly in seawater and fresh water because of the protection of alclad,but in salt-lake at Geermu,the alclad on LY6 would consumed entirely and the substrate of LC4 was corroded severely.LF6 with alclad suffered from serious corrosion in salt-lake because of "electrolyte effect".Copper and copper alloy showed better anticorrosion performance in salt-lake than in seawater.
