环氧树脂/石墨微片复合导电材料的制备方法

摘    要:环氧树脂复合材料的制备一般要使用稀释剂,通过对环氧树脂/石墨微片复合导电材料的研究发现稀释剂不利于环氧树脂复合材料获得较低的电阻率和较好的结构性能。经过研究,改为在恒温箱中使环氧树脂升温降低粘度以分散填料,而不使用稀释剂,这种制备方法有利于复合材料获得较低的电阻率和较好的结构性能,是环氧树脂复合导电材料的一种有意义的制备方法。

Abstract:Generally diluents were used in the preparation of epoxy resin composites.It was found that the diluents were disadvantageous to obtain the low resistivity and good mechanics of composites in our research of epoxy resin/graphite microflaky conducting composites.The preparation method was changed by researching.When heating epoxy resin for dispersing the fillers in the oven,and diluents avoided.This preparation method was advantageous to obtain the lower resistivety and of composites.It was a significant preparation method for epoxy resin conducting composites.
