摘    要: 采用双电导探针测定了不同实验条件下新型烷基化反应器中物料的液滴直径. 反应器的结构参数对液滴直径有较大影响, 优化后, 反应器上升管高度与内径之比φ=8、喷嘴出口平面高度z=0.49m。研究发现,反应器可以分为4个流动区域,即预混区、混合区、环流区及分离区。考察了水相表观进料速率ua、油相通过喷嘴喷入反应器的表观进料速率ub和油相通过分配管喷入反应器的表观速率uc等操作参数对各区域内的液滴直径分布的影响。各区域内的液滴大小各不相同,但都具有中心区域油滴直径小、近壁区域油滴直径大的分布特点。在本实验范围内,分别增大uaubuc,各区油滴直径随之减小;但当uc>0.011m/s时, 油滴直径会随之增大.

Abstract:Double conductivity probe was used to measure the drop diameter in the new alkylation reactor on different experimental conditions. The structure parameters of the reactor have important effects on drop diameter. The optimal ratio of height to inner diameter of rise tube in the eractor ( ) and the optimal height of nozzle outlet (z) were 8 and 0.49 m, respectively. In the experiments, the fluid zone in the reactor was divided into four regions, namely, emulsion preparation region, mixing region, recycling region and separation region. The effects of apparent rates (ua, ub, uc) of water feeding, and oil feedings through nozzle and through distributing pipe, respectively, on drop diameter distribution in said regions were studied. The drop sizes were different, but there was a same characteristic of the drop diameter distribution in each region, i.e., the small drop diameter was in the vicinity of the central axis and the large drop diameter was in the zone adjacent to the wall. In the experiment, with ua, ub and uc increasing respectively, the drop diameter was decreased in each region. However, under the condition of uc > 0.011 m/s, the drop diameter was increased in each region with uc increasing.
