MCCB分断过程的仿真与分析

摘    要:应用虚拟样机技术,首先建立了塑料外壳式断路器(MCCB)操作机构运动特性的仿真模型,并用实验验证了模型的正确性;然后耦合电路、电磁场和机械运动方程,考虑电动斥力的作用,分析了电弧电压、合闸相角、预期短路电流、机构开始动作时间及气动斥力对MCCB分断过程的影响.结果表明,提出的方法对MCCB的分析、设计及优化是有效的.
