| 摘 要： | 对于常用的电路单元以及集成电路新产品，建立一个子电路模型，并作为一个器件添加到PSpice模型库中，就可以使电路系统设计人员非常方便地使用这些产品。文章在介绍Pspice模型库中子电路描述语句的基础上，针对两种不同类型的子电路，介绍了建立子电路模型的方法，并指出了调用新建子电路模型时必须注意的问题。
