面向智能电网的继电保护系统重构

摘    要:现代智能电网的发展要求继电保护系统具有更大的灵活性和可靠性.结合智能电网的特点分析了现有继电保护系统结构存在的问题,提出了在未来智能电网中使继电保护具有可重构功能的建议.分析了继电保护系统在线重构的需求,提出了继电保护重构的含义、准则以及继电保护实施重构的通用模型,给出了重构示例并指出了尚需继续研究的问题.
