摘    要:论述了以低速、大流量,平稳充填铸型并在瞬间及时增压是挤压铸造的基本原理。分析了实际铸造比压偏小以及不能瞬间及时增压是造成摩托车车轮挤压铸件表面起泡和冷隔的主要原因,为防止挤压铸造模件缩裂、缩孔产生和提高铸造比压,推荐一种合理料缸(压室)设计。

Abstract:Mold filling smoothly with low speed and large flow rate as well as instant pressurization in time conformed to the basic principles of squeezing casting.The lower specific pressure and delay pressurization in time during casting process were responsible for surface blister and cold shut of motor cycle wheel in squeezing casting. An available chamber design is presented to prevent squeezing casting from creation of shrinkage crack and shrinkage hole as well as to elevate specific pressure.
