| 摘 要： | 介绍了 Ｇ Ｓ Ｍ 数字移动通信网信令网中信令连接控制部分（ Ｓ Ｃ Ｃ Ｐ）的寻址方式，并针对福建省的实际情况，从信令网结构及全局码（ Ｇ Ｔ）翻译能力两个方面进行分析，提出了福建省 Ｇ Ｓ Ｍ信令网 Ｓ Ｃ Ｃ Ｐ 的寻址方式。
