半球谐振陀螺静态误差分析与补偿

摘    要:半球谐振陀螺由于特有的优势而具有广阔的应用前景,但由于加工工艺和研究水平的限制,其测量精度有待提高,该文针对半球谐振陀螺的静态误差,分析了加速度对半球谐振陀螺的影响,选取了静态误差补偿模型,设计了标定实验中的方位定向,推导了个误差系数的计算公式,最后通过实验表明了标定补偿的有效性,使陀螺的输出系统误差减小了1个数量级。

Abstract:HRG has wide application prospects due to its special advantages, but because of the restrictions of the processing technology and research level, the measurement accuracy of HRG remains to be improved to a higher level. Aimed at the static error of HRG, this essay analyzes the influence of accelerate on HRG. The error compensation model is chosen, and the azimuthal orientation of calibration test is designed. The computational formula of error coefficient is derivated. At last, the effectiveness of the calibration compensation is verified experimentally, and the result shows that the system error decreases by one order of magnitude.
