摘    要:使用时域测度不变方程法(TDMEI)作为时域有限差分方法(FDTD)的吸收边界条件,提出了一种对高速集成电路中互连线的串扰进行分析的新方法。使用一阶TDMEI吸收边界条件可以充分发挥它与激励源无关的优点,减小计算量.同时保证一定的精度。数值计算结果表明了该方法在串扰分析中的有效性,与其方法及测量结果比较.一致性较好。

Abstract:A new method to analyze crosstalk of high-speed integrated circuits is introduced in this paper. This method uses Time-domain Measured Equation of Invariance (TDMEI) as the Absorbing Boundary Condition of Finite-Difference Time-Domain (FDTD). The proposed first TDMEI absorbing boundary condition could sufficiently exert the virtue of independence of source, reduce calculation and guarantee precision at the same time. Numerical result shows the validity of this method in analysis of crosstalk and has good consistency compared with other methods or measured results.
