超声弹性成像实验系统的研制

摘    要:研制了一套超声弹性成像实验系统。该系统包括B型超声诊断仪、高速采集卡、螺旋挤压装置和脉冲接收器等装置。利用该系统进行了超声体模实验和高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)及微波治疗热损害检测的动物组织实验。结果表明,超声弹性成像能够很好地检测出组织内部的弹性模量差异,而B超成像不能检测出,从而证明了该系统的可行性。

Abstract:An experimental system for ultrasound elastography is developed.This system consists of a B-mode ultrasonic equipment,a high-speed digitizer,a mechanical compression device and a pulse receiver.Gelatin phantom experiments and in-vitro animal tissue experiments including the detection of thermal lesions induced by high-intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU)and microwave are performed.The results show that ultrasound elastography can detect the elasticity difference within tissues while B-mode ultrasonic imaging cannot.Therefore the results validate the feasibility of this system.
