| 摘 要： | 介绍了真空气淬炉的技术指标、机械结构、控制系统和软件设计.为了满足工艺对设备的温度均匀性、冷却速度的特殊要求,对设备的强冷系统从冷却介质和冷却方式两方面采取措施,保证工件的冷却速度以及设备的加热温度均匀性满足工艺设计的要求.

| Abstract: | Introduce the specification,the mechanical structure,electronic control system and the software of the gas quenching vacuun furance.The force cooling system is the key part of the furnace,and two measures on cooling media and cooling mode were taken to assure the cooling speed and the temperature uniformity of the workpiece. |
