基于LabVIEW风电监控系统的通信设计与实现

摘    要:为了实现风电实验台监控系统的实时通信,提出了一种基于LabVIEW和OPC(OLE For Process Control)技术的通信方法。在分析了OPC原理和LabVIEW的DataSocket技术原理后,设计了基于风电监控的通信系统,由LabVIEW和Rockwell公司的AB-PLC、Rslinx组成。通过对AB-PLC的硬件配置、Rslinx OPC服务器的配置以及LabVIEW共享变量的应用和框图编程,实现了LabVIEW对风电机数据的实时监测。结果表明通过Rslinx OPC服务器,可以简便、有效地在LabVIEW与AB-PLC之间交换数据,并且共享变量的应用,增强了监控系统的可靠性。
