| 摘 要： | 在甘蔗压榨过程中使用润湿渗透剂，可以降低渗透水（汁）的表面张力，改善渗透水（汁）对甘蔗渣的润湿效果，提高甘蔗细胞中糖份的压榨抽出率。本文报导了润湿渗透剂糖助－３在甘蔗压榨过程中的应用效果，甘蔗糖份的压榨抽出率平均提高１个百点。
