摘    要:与世界发达国家相比,我国的食品冷藏链技术、整体设备拥有量和系统管理水平等均有一定的差距。本文分析了我国食品冷藏链的发展现状,并通过对国内外发展状况的比较,指出了我国食品冷藏链存在的问题,并提出了相关的改进措施和建议。

Abstract:To compare with th e developed countries,the food cold chain in our country has some gaps in techniques,number of equipment ownership and management level,etc.In this paper,the development state of food cold chain in our country was introduced and compared with foreign countries.And the existing problems were pointed out.The improved methods and suggestions were also proposed at last.
