| 摘 要： | 实施以质量为核心的目标管理是现代管理的主要特征。通用装备保障分队训练作为保障作战部队实现作战力量再生的重要实践活动，更加需要讲质量。运用现代质量管理方法对保障分队训练实施管理，对提高通用装备保障分队的保障能力具有积极的作用，是提高通用装备保障分队训练质量的可靠方法保证。
