摘    要:投产较早的老热带钢轧机产品已不能适应当前的对品种、规格及质量的要求,都需进行技术改造,其关键部分主传动驱动系统发展趋势是用交交变频技术改造原有直流传动。本文将具体介绍攀钢1450热连轧交交变频技术改造的工程实施。

Abstract:The old strip mills, which were put into operation earlier, can not meet the current requirement for varieties,specification and quality and must be technically remade. The key part of the reform is to use cycloconverter instead of DC main drive system as a developing trend. The engineering practice of cycloconverter technical reform for 1450 hot strip mill of Panzhihua Iron and Steel (Group) Co is described for concreteness.
