硝酸装置尾气治理项目的设计与改造

摘    要:针对硝酸装置存在的问题,选择氨催化还原工艺,进行工艺流程设计与改造,取得开车一次成功,尾气中NO2排放浓度由800mg/m^3降至100mg/m^3以下,达到排放标准。

Abstract:Aimed at the existing problems of nitric acid plant, Lutianhua selected ammonia catalytic reduction process to design process flow and got success in the first time commissioning. The NOx in the discharged tail gas is decreased from 800 mg/m^3 to below 100 mg/m^3, reaching the desired results.
