摘    要:通过坐标转换的理论在AN SY S环境下建立了齿轮有限元模型,并进行了应力分析,与传统方法相比,该方法准确地获得了齿轮的真实应力场,为齿轮强度计算提供了可靠的依据。

Abstract:According to the coordinates transform theory,the finite element model of gear was established under the environment of ANSYS and the stress of a gear was analyzed.The gear's real stress field obtained by finite element method was more accurate than that obtained by traditional method.Therefore,it can provide the dependable basis for strength calculation of teeth of the gear.
