| 摘 要： | 采用缆型纺装置,分析了不同沟槽罗拉、相同类型沟槽罗拉对纱线条干、断裂强力、毛羽等性能的影响.在实验的基础上分析了其单纱性能优越的原因.研究表明,缆型纺技术特殊的加捻机理改变了纱线的结构,从而大大改善了纱线的物理性能.缆型纺纱线强力高、毛羽较少、耐磨性好,单纱可织造性显著提高. |

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the characteristics of cable-spun yarn,and compares the principle of cable-spun with traditional ring spinning.The good property of cable-spun yarn is analyzed through a serious of tests.The results demonstrated that the special twisting principle of cable-spun changes its yarn structure and largely enhances its yarn physical property.Cable-spun yarn exhibits high strength,few hairines and good against-friction property,which greatly improve the weavability of the single yarn. |
