基于LS—DYNA的玻璃钢复合板抗侵彻能力分析

摘    要:玻璃钢复合板作为某便携式野战库房的主体材料,其抗侵彻能力始终是库房设计研制过程中需要重点关注的问题;利用破片侵彻相关理论,建立玻璃钢复合板、子弹和手榴弹弹片的仿真模型,通过LS—DYNA进行模型网格划分、施加载荷和边界条件,对玻璃钢复合板抗侵彻能力进行有限元分析;结果表明:材料强度能够满足库房的相关战技术指标要求。

Abstract:As the main material of a certain type of portable depot, the antipenetration performance of glass fiber reinforced plastics composite board( it could be simply called GFRP composite board)is always followed with great interest during the depot researching progress. The article using the theory about frag ment penetrating target establishes computer simulation and modeling of glass fiber reinforced plastics com posite board, ammunition and grenade shrapnel. And then, by using finite element analysis program called ISDYNA, mesh generation on camshaft was progressed, after applying load and boundary conditions, cal culation and analysis about antipenetration performance of glass fiber reinforced plastics composite board was processed. The experimental results show that the material chosen for battlefield depot fully meets dep ot technologic demand and battle requirement.
