摘    要:研究了原子吸收光谱法连续测定钨矿产品中铅锌铋量分析方法。利用其选择性强、灵敏度高、精密度好和分析范围广的优势,以原子吸收光谱法替代极谱法和分光光度法测定样品中铅锌铋量,简化了操作步骤,提高了样品检测速度。通过实验确定了仪器的灯电流、狭缝、燃烧器高度、分析线波长等最佳工作条件,根据样品基体元素和待测元素性质选择了合适的样品分解方法,考察了试液介质酸度和共存杂质元素干扰情况,通过加标回收和精密度试验确定本方法的回收率98%~102%,RSD〈4%。实验结果表明,该法精密度和准确度均好,操作简单快速,适用于钨矿产品中铅锌铋量的连续测定。

Abstract:This paper studies the continuous determination method of lead, zinc and bismuth contents in tungsten mineral products by atomic absorption spectrometry. The optimum detection parameters including lamp current, slit, burner height, wave-length of analysis line are determined. Appropriate sample decomposition methods are selected according to the properties of sample matrix elements and measured elements. The medium acidity of solution and coexisting impurity interference are investigated. The recovery rates of this method are in the range 98--102(RSD〈4) by standard addition and precision test. The advantages of precision, accuracy, efficiency show this method is suitable for continuous determination of lead, zinc and bismuth content in tungsten mineral products.
