摘    要:针对铣刀片应力场分析问题,以ANSYS的内部开发语言APDL为开发工具,建立了三雏铣刀片参数化模型,基于切削实验,获得切削力作为面铣刀应力场分析的边界条件,对铣刀片应力场进行有限元分析,从而得知,刀尖及参加切削的切削刃处应力最大,然后向四周均匀扩散,刀片应在离刀尖微远处容易发生破损.运用模糊数学理论建立了对铣刀片应力场进行的模糊综合评判标准,以确定铣刀片应力场的优劣.

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of the milling stress-field analysis, taking the APDL of software ANSYS as the development tool, the parametric model of milling cutter is established. And the boundary condition is developed according to milling experiment. The finite element analysis of the stress-field is processed, in which the result of maximum stress value lies in end land and uniformly transmits and breaking point is near to the end land. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of stress field is processed to evaluate the stress field by the application of fuzzy mathematics theory, which provides basis for the groove study of milling insert with 3D complex groove.
