| 摘 要： | 通过利用拉格朗日松弛法对电力市场中各个独立电力供应商所得利润的分析得出，如果相互之间采取非完全合作关系，即各个要求相互合作的电力供应商在竞标发电量时并不进行合作，只是在得到市场实时价格以及各自的竞标发电量后进行的合作关系，则既不会减少各自的的利益，同时也可以在某种程度上减轻多余发电现象。对一个含有２个独立的电力供应商的简单仿真验证了非完全合作关系的有效性。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the profit of an individual power supplier in the new electric pow er m arket based on Lagrangian relaxation m ethod, the conclusion can be reached that ifan independent pow er supplier adopts an incom plete- cooperation relation w ith otherpow ersuppliersthen notonly those pow ersuppliersw on'tdecreasetheirprofits, butalso they can decrease thesuperabundantpow ergeneration to som e extent. The incom plete-cooperation relation isthatpow ersuppliers won'tcooperate m utually w hen they tenderforthe generated energy, w hilethe cooperation relation only exists afterthey get to know them arketclearing priceofthe powerenergy and thetenderforthegenerated energy. Anum ericalsim ulation teston a sim ple power system including tw o pow ersuppliers show s thatincom plete-cooperation relation is effective. |
