摘    要:用2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)作为功能单体与甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)进行无皂乳液共聚合,得到了小微球集合型P(AMPS-MMA)微球。用红外光谱(FT-IR)、热性能分析(TG-DSC)和扫描电镜(SEM)等技术对样品进行表征,并采用表面张力法测得AMPS的临界胶束浓度(CMC)为0.072mol/L;通过探讨AMPS用量对反应体系的影响研究了聚合反应机理。结果表明,微球的Tg为170℃左右,平均粒径大约在20μm,呈单分散性,每个微球都由很小的微球集合而成,小微球的粒径大约在0.1μm。

Abstract:The P(AMPS-MMA) fine particles clustered microspheres were synthesized via emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization with methyl methacrylate(MMA) and a functional monomer of 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS).
