| 摘 要： | 介绍了运用全面质量管理的概念，从生产的各环节如何提高产品质量。众所周知，品质是企业的生命。一个企业要在激烈竞争的市场求生存，求发展，品质的不断提升是必不可少的，而且贯穿了企业发展的始终。但品质的提升，甚至是品质的概念，要在企业的整个经营活动中贯彻到每一个环节，却不是一个简单的事情。
