自循环复合环流反应器脱除H_2S反应动力学

摘    要:开发了由两个环流反应器串联构成的复合环流反应器,物流以气液混相和纯液相的压差为推动力在两个环流反应器间实现自循环。研究了在复合环流反应器中,用络合铁催化剂液相催化氧化脱除H2S的吸收反应动力学、催化剂再生反应动力学及吸收-再生反应联合动力学。研究结果表明,H2S吸收速率受本征反应速率和气液传质速率的共同影响,总体积吸收系数随空塔气速的增加先增大后维持不变,随Fe3+浓度的增加先增大后减小,随入口H2S含量的增加而减小;催化剂再生宏观反应速率受氧的溶解速率和本征反应速率的共同影响,随空塔气速和Fe2+浓度的增加而提高;复合环流反应器的脱硫率可稳定在99%以上。

Abstract:Self-circulative complex loop reactors,consisting two air-lift loop reactors,were developed.Fluid flows automatically from one reactor to the other by driving force of pressure difference between liquid in circulative pipes and gas-liquid mixture within the reactors.The reactors were applied to liquid-phase-reactive absorption of H2S with ferric coordination compound as catalyst.Kinetics of reactive absorption and catalyst regeneration were investigated.Absorption rate depends on both mass transfer and intrinsic reaction rate.Overall volumetric absorption coefficient of H2S increases and then levels off with increase of superficial gas velocity,increases firstly and decreases afterwards with raising of ferric concentration,and drops with increase of inlet concentration of H2S.Regeneration of ferric coordination compound can be operated in the same reactor system.Regeneration rate mainly depends on oxygen dissolution rate and intrinsic reaction rate,and increases with raising of gas flow rate and ferrous concentration.More than 99% of desulphurization efficiency can be achieved steadily by using complex loop reactors.
