| Abstract: | The operator increasingly focuses on the security of backbone.This paper firstly introduces the function characteristics of back- bone,then comprehensively ananlyzes the security requirements and potential threats against backbone.It also discribes the contents of the operator emergency response and proposals that SOC,CERT and disaster backup&recovery center be highly stressed by the operator to build up effective emergency response system. |
