亚铵法制浆废水处理技术研究

摘    要:在比较系统研究的基础上,针对亚铵法制浆废水的特点,提出了亚铵法制浆废水处理的方案,试图为解决我国草浆造纸废水的污染问题提供一种行为有效的方法。高效絮凝剂(PMY)具有脱色、去除悬浮物和降低水中COD的优异功能,它成本低、使用方便、易于保存和管理,挥发性有机物可以在曝气过程中被氧化或吹脱,难挥发的或不溶有机污染物可以在絮凝中除去,COD进一步降低。

Abstract:The paper proposed a way of disposing wastewater from paper pulp prepared by ammonium sulphite method. The paper tried to offer an effective method to solve the problem of pollution from straw pulp papermaking. Efficient flocculant was provided with the function of decolourisation. removing the suspended solid and decreasing the COD in water. Its cost is low and it is easy to oprate and to preserve. The volatile organic matter dissolved in water can be removed or oxidized by aeration and the non - volatile or insoluble organic matters can be removed by flocculation.
