摘    要:以某工程300 MW 循环流化床(circulating fluid bed,CFB)空冷供热机组为例,对冷渣器余热利用系统进行了优化。提出了3 个可行方案,并利用等效热降法对3 个方案进行经济性分析,得到了最佳的余热利用方案。此外,还提出了2个提高冷渣器余热利用效果的方法:一是用尽可能高温度的冷却水和尽可能少的冷却水量去冷却冷渣器;二是在运行中采取适当措施尽可能提高冷渣器的综合传热系数。

Abstract:By taking a 300 MW CFB direct air-cooling heat supply unit for example,an optimization was made for the waste heat recovery system of barrel type slag cooler.Three feasible alternative schemes of waste heat recovery system were analyzed by using equivalent heat-drop method and the optimum system was obtained.In addition,two methods are proposed for improving the efficiency of the waste heat recovery system:one is to use as far as possible the high-temperature cooling water and to use as little as possible the cooling water to cool the slag cooler;the other is to take proper measures to improve possibly the comprehensive heat conductivity.
