摘    要:为提高计算机辅助工艺规划系统的柔性、可扩展性、可重用性和动态适应性,提出了一种基于多代理的智能计算机辅助工艺规划系统体系结构,研究了智能计算机辅助工艺规划系统的工作机理,以及工艺路线生成代理和协调代理的详细结构和功能.利用基于规则和基于实例的推理方法,解决智能计算机辅助工艺规划系统生成工艺路线过程中产生的冲突,开发了相应的代理模块,并在液压支架的生产过程中得到应用.结果表明,基于多代理系统的计算机辅助工艺规划系统具有良好的柔性、可扩展性和可重用性,能够满足企业产品和生产条件变化的需求.

Abstract:In order to improve flexibility,scalability,reusability and dynamic adaptability of CAPP system,the architecture of an intelligent CAPP system based on multi-agent system was presented.Working mechanism of the intelligent CAPP system was studied,the structure and the function for each agent were discussed.Conflicts generated by intelligent CAPP were resolved by use of rule-based reasoning and case-based reasoning,the relevant agent modules were developed,and they were preliminarily applied in the production...
