| 摘 要： | 通过持续的"两网"改造,长沙市配电网建设水平已经取得了长足的进步。为深化配网建设"回头看"工作,在对2000—2006年所发生配电运行事故及其故障原因统计分析基础上,就配网改造工作对提高配电网安全运行水平所起作用进行了评估,进而使配网建设、改造工作有的放矢,运行管理工作趋向科学化,达到提高供电可靠性及配网安全经济运行水平的目的。同时为明确由故障反映的长沙地区配网弱点,提高下阶段配网建设与改造工作的针对性,对配网故障在时间、地点上分布的特性进行了统计分析,并根据其特点提出了相应改进措施。

| Abstract: | The distribution network retrofit of Chansha has achieved tremendous progress since 1998. In order to review effect of retrofit upon distribution network, the power quality and reliability was evaluated based on statistcs on fault occued during past 7 years. To identify the emphasis of distribution network retrofitand improve the future work of distribution network construction and retrofit, the characteristics of distribution network fault on the time and location were analyzed and investigated, and some improving measures were put forward. |
