永磁悬浮系统的参数设计

摘    要:由于永磁悬浮无需外部能量输入,目前受到许多学者的关注。要实现永磁稳定悬浮可以通过对永磁体的位置进行主动控制,这其中就包含一类包含振动器的控制方式。通过对系统建模发现这类系统是典型的Mathieu方程。由于方程的稳定性受参数值决定,因此本文在建立力和刚度表达式基础上,分析了尺寸参数对力和刚度特性的影响,对磁体尺寸参数进行了合理设计;并利用仿真研究,对振动器的振幅和频率值进行了选择。

Abstract:At present,the researchers have been studying the permanent magnetic suspension widely,because there is no outer power.To achieve stable suspension,the method that integrates with vibrator in system can be used.Through modeling,it is found that the system is typical Mathieu's Equation,which the stable region is related with the parameter d-e.So,based on the force and rigidity formula of permanent magnet,the parameters' influence on force and rigidity have been analyzed and the corresponding figures have been draw, then the parameter design has been down.Finally,the frequency and amplitude of the vibrator have been selected using the simulation.The results supply the basis for further experimental research.
