地下管网阴极保护技术的应用

摘    要:扬子石化公司炼油厂尤里卡装置地下管网采用以深井阳极地床外加电流为主、牺牲阳极为辅的阴极保护措施后,保护电位处于-0.852~-2.0V范围,使泄漏率比保护前降低了63.6%,可使管道寿命延长20~25年。

Abstract:After the cathodic protection measures ie the deep well anode bed plus impressed current were adopted for the underground pipeline network of Eureka unit in the refinery of Yangtz Petrochemical Company, the protection voltage was - 0.852 - -2.0. This reduced the leakage by 63.6% compared with that without the cathodic protection and the pipeline operation life could be extended by 20 to 25 years.
