低压循环相变对累积叠轧TA1/Q235钢复合板结合特性影响的研究

摘    要:根据工业纯钛TA1和Q235钢两种材料相变温度接近的特点,提出了利用低压循环相变预复合-累积叠轧焊制备TA1/Q235钢复合板的新方法。研究结果表明:经过热循环后的试样,在变形过程中,C、Ti原子的扩散并不限于沿垂直于界面的方向,而是可以沿任意方向随机进行的,在Q235钢界面附近没有出现柱状晶,界面附近的铁素体晶粒,从界面附近沿心部成梯度分布;采用累积叠轧焊所制备出的TA1/Q235钢复合板的结合强度得到明显改善,在复合温度为850℃、低压循环相变3次所得到的TA1/Q235钢累积叠轧焊复合板结合强度达到257.3MPa。但是,当热循环相变次数过多时,会增加金属间化合物的厚度,对结合强度产生不利影响。

Study of circulated phase transformation under slight pressure when manufacturing TA1/Q235 clad plate with ARB skills
Abstract:Due to the transformation temperatures of titanium and carbon steel are close,a new way to manufacture the TA1/Q235 clad plate is proposed in this paper,which is to combine the pre-combination by repeated transformation and low pressure with the ARB skill.It is proved the diffusion of C、Ti atoms are random,not just along the vertical direction of the interface.In the Q235 steel,no columnar crystals generated along the interface and the ferrite grains appear graded distribution from the interface to inner part.With the method of pre-combination and repeated accumulative deformation,the bonding strength of TA1/Q235 clad plate could be improved obviously.When deforming at 850℃,the bonding strength of TA1/Q235 clad plate could reach to 257.3MPa.The transformation times should be controlled within 3,or the thickness of intermetallics will increase,which will have passive effects on the bonding strength.
