往复式压缩机管道振动原因分析

摘    要:往复式压缩机管道振动是常见的故障之一,扬子石化公司的两台氢气压缩机就是典型一例。通过理论分析和计算较详细地分析了压缩机管道振动的原因,并采取了较为有效的减振措施,使压缩机管道振动值由原来的1888μm降至164μm,取得了令人满意的效果。

Abstract:The pipeline vabration of reciprocating compressor is one of the common fault.Two hydrogen compressors of Yangzi petrochemical company are the one of typical examples.By means of theoritic analysis and calculation,the vibration reasons of compressor pipeline are analyzed in quite detail,the relatively effective vibration proof measares are adopted,and make the vibration value of compressor pipeline is decreased from 1888m to 164m,satifactory effect is obtained.
