| Abstract: | Major measures for water-saving in the middle reaches of the Hei River consist of reducing plantation areas of crops, adjusting plantation pattern, improving irrigation techniques, extending advanced and new water-saving technology and establishing a reasonable water pricing system, and finally realizing the scheme of "water diversion in Hei River". |
