高速切削金刚石立铣刀参数化设计

摘    要:针对高速切削金刚石刀具的特点,基于Pro/E开发环境,采用Pro/Toolkit开发工具,研究高速切削金刚石立铣刀参数化设计系统,可以实现铣刀体、铣刀片的参数化设计,快速生成立铣刀元件的三维实体和装配体模型.

Abstract:According to the characteristics of diamond tools for high-speed cutting,a parametric design system for high speed cutting diamond end milling tools has been developed,which was accomplished by Pro/Toolkit tools based on Pro/E.The system has the capability of parametric design of milling body and blades,the 3D solid image and assembled solid image for the components of end milling can be created quickly.
