冲击腐蚀磨损系统中影响因素的正交分析

摘    要:用改进的MLD-10型冲击腐蚀磨损试验机,对不同条件下的冶金矿山用低碳高合金钢的冲击腐蚀磨损性能进行了试验。用正交分析法研究了磨粒,冲击功和pH值在低碳高合金钢冲击腐蚀磨损过程中的作用。结果表明,磨粒在冲击腐蚀磨损过程中对材料的影响最大,其次为冲击功,pH值的影响最小。

Abstract:Tested the properties for low carbon high alloy stecl in different condition with a modified MLD-10 corrosive impact wear tester.Using the orthogonal analysis investigated the effect of abrasions,impact energy and PH No.to the low carbon high alloy steel in corrosive impact wear.It was shown that the abrasion has the heaviest influence to the low carbon high alloy steel in corrosive impact wear,the impact cnergy is secondary,and the influcence of PH No.is slightest in the three factors.
