摘    要:煤矿的主井提升系统是矿井安全和效益的主要系统。提升和装载过程中的洒煤和泥浆造成沉淀池及水仓的淤积。多年来一直采用人工挖掘的方式清理,该方式存在着一定的安全隐患和清理难度。为最大限度地减少安全隐患和工人的劳动强度,笔者结合现场实际,自行设计安装了煤泥浆清理装置,取得了很好的清理效果和经济效益。

Abstract:main shaft hoisting system of coal mine is the major systems of mine safety and efficiency. The process of upgrading and loading of coal in the shed and mud set tank and water storage silt up which caused many years to clean up by using hand-dug. This way has a certain amount of security risk and clean-up difficult. In order to minimize security risks and labor intensity, we combine on-site practice, self-design and install a coal sluwy clean-up device, and achieve very good cleaning results and economic benefits.
