沥青路面早期车辙原因分析与防治对策

摘    要:高等级公路沥青路面出现早期车辙的现象十分普遍,应该引起人们的关注。结构性车辙主要是由于施工时未充分压实、压实标准偏低、集料级配偏细以及超载交通过多所致;而失稳性车辙则主要是由于所用沥青粘度偏低和沥青用量偏多造成的。提出在沥青路面设计、施工和管理的各个环节应采取相应的对策措施。

Abstract:At present early rutting occurred in many newly-built high grade asphalt pavement, to which more attention should be paid. Structural rutting took place as a result of under-compaction, less coarse aggregate in the mixtures and overloading transportation. Lost-stability rutting occurred as a result of lower viscosity of asphalt binder, higher asphalt content. Prevention measures should be adopted in design, construction and management of asphalt pavements.
