摘    要:本文采用黏性三维湍流流动分析法,通过Fluent软件分析了重力场对灯泡贯流式水轮机流场分析和水力性能预估的影响。计算中考虑了在不同的水头与转轮直径比的情况下,重力场的影响程度。计算结果表明:考虑重力后,水轮机进口断面的平均速度、流量和功率都比不考虑重力时大,但效率相差不大。由于重力作用在竖直于机组轴线方向上的压力分布不均匀,叶片上作用有交变应力。当水头与转轮直径的比值超过5时,重力的影响可以忽略。

Abstract:The software FLUENT for 3D viscous turbulent flow is used to analyze the influence of gravity on flow field analysis and hydraulic performance evaluation of bulb turbine. The effect of working water head and ratio of water head to runner diameter are taken into account. The results indicate that the average velocity at inlet, discharge and output power of the turbine are higher when gravity is considered, but the efficiency is almost the same as that without gravity. The pressure distribution along the vertical direction is asymmetrical and cyclic stress acting on blades is found. The simulation reveals that the influence of gravity can be neglected if the ratio of the water head to runner diameter exceeds 5.0.
