以豫南磷矿富集稀土并制饲钙的研究

摘    要:研究了以豫南磷矿为原料,采用盐酸分解、铁屑还原、草酸沉淀、石灰乳和氨水中和二步法富集稀土元素及用石灰乳继续中和液制饲料级磷酸氢钙的新工艺。对工艺条件选择进行了试验研究,找出了最佳的工艺条件,二次富集物稀土品位达90%左右,回收率在70%以上,饲料级磷酸氢钙质量达国家标准,为豫南磷矿资源的开发利用提供了可行性依据。

Abstract:he new process for rare-earth ore benefication and feed-grade calcium hydrogen phosphate preparation from phosphorous ore in Southern Henan province,China is studied,in which,the decomposition of chlorhydric acid,the reduction of iron scale,the precipitation of oxalic acid,the neutralization of lime milk and ammonia liquor for benificating rare-earth elements and continuous neutralizating filtrate with lime milk for preparating feed-grade calcium hydrogen phosphate are adopted.Through the testing,the optimum process conditions are found. The grade of benefication rare-earth ore can reach about 90%,the recovery rate can be over 70%,the quality of feed-grade calcium hydrogen phosphate can meet the National Standard.
