| 摘 要： | 为了深入了解真空电弧的引燃过程,测量了直流真空电弧起弧阶段的电弧电压、屏蔽罩电位以及屏蔽罩收集离子电流等有关参数。分析了真空电弧的引燃过程和起弧后等离子体的扩散过程以及纵向磁场对等离子体扩散的影响。

| Abstract: | Some parameters as initial arc voltage,potential of shield and ionic current gathered by the shield are measured for further understanding the ignition process of vacuum arc. The vacuum arc ignition process, the plasma diffusing and the axial magnetic field effect are also analyzed. |
