基于PLC的CAST工艺水处理控制系统设计

摘    要:基于PLC控制的CAST工艺脱氮除磷和节能降耗装置,采用三菱FX1N-40MRPLC作为主要控制设备,以污水提升泵、回流污泥泵、搅拌电机和空压机来驱动负载;利用自动控制策略,实现进水阶段,曝气阶段,沉淀阶段、排水阶段和闲置阶段按照预定的规律运行。经实际使用,工作稳定,运行良好。

Abstract:The equipment for phosphorus and nitrogen removal based on the casting process is realized by PLC.Mitsubishi FX1N-40MRPLC to take the primary control equipment,by the sewage lift pump,the backflow sludge pump,stirs the electrical machinery and the air compressor actuates the load;Uses the automatic control strategy,realizes the water stage,the aeration stage,the precipitation stage,the draining water stage and the idle stage according to the predetermined rule movement.After the actual use,the work is stabl...
