| 摘 要： | 基于PLC控制的CAST工艺脱氮除磷和节能降耗装置，采用三菱FX1N-40MRPLC作为主要控制设备，以污水提升泵、回流污泥泵、搅拌电机和空压机来驱动负载；利用自动控制策略，实现进水阶段，曝气阶段，沉淀阶段、排水阶段和闲置阶段按照预定的规律运行。经实际使用，工作稳定，运行良好。
