| 摘 要： | 基于企业架构对救助基金信息系统的构建进行了探讨，分别对救助基金信息系统的业务架构、数据架构、应用架构、技术架构和治理架构进行了规划，提出了救助基金信息系统的战略和目标，以及系统的架构设计和实施策略，能够全面系统地指导救助基金信息化建设，满足可持续发展的需要，为建设高起点、高标准，高扩展的救助基金信息系统提供了实施方案。
